Hi, and nice to meet you! I am a fellow seeker, looking for the Divine in the fabric of everyday existence, who just happens to have trained to accompany others on their journeys. While my background is rooted in Christian traditions, I wholeheartedly believe that multiple pathways exist for discovering life’s deeper meanings. My practice is enriched by a diverse tapestry of spiritual and religious wisdom, with a special affinity for the realms of contemplation and mystery. I deeply value the art of holding space for questions that defy simple answers, and I invite you to find peace in that uncertainty with me.
As a member of both the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, I bring a unique perspective and deep sense of empathy to my spiritual direction practice. My philosophy is grounded in the principles of radical inclusion, acceptance, and hospitality. Here, you are not just welcomed—you are embraced and loved exactly as you are.
I am certified as a Spiritual Director from the Benedictine Global Spiritual Direction Training Program at Benet Hill Monastery. Additionally, I completed the four-year Education for Ministry program offered by the School of Theology at the University of the South. Ongoing learning is a cornerstone of my practice, not just as a commitment to my own growth but as a way to continually enrich the guidance I offer.
